Clean room, comfortable bed, with free parking available right outside and friendly staff who were more than willing to help us with luggage storage during our stay.

Clean and modern accommodations with attentive front desk staff. Great location in Roma Norte, just a short walk to vibrant restaurants and bars. The room offered a comfortable stay, but the walls were a bit thin, making noise from neighboring rooms noticeable at times.

The Marbella offers a large, comfortable King Room with effective air conditioning and excellent amenities. The location is conveniently close to Metro Line 3, allowing easy access to key attractions. The staff is exceptionally helpful and attentive, ensuring a smooth stay. The nearby grocery shops and cash machine are a great plus for any business traveler needing essentials quickly. Dining options, including delicious food, were also readily available within walking distance.

The shower stalls are absurdly cramped!!! Additionally, the toiletries provided are unimpressive and lack quality!!! A refresh of the room decor could do wonders in making the space feel more modern and less dated!!!

i was almost impressed by the friendly staff, but i was awakened by a loud party at 4am, which absolutely ruined my patience. the walls are so thin that whispering sounds like a shout. i honestly expected at least a complimentary drink for my troubles, but nope, not even a hint. what a letdown!

The location is perfect, close to restaurants and the metro. However, the shower stall was very cramped and uncomfortable.

Staying with my friends was awesome! The rooms were comfy and the location was perfect for us to hit up great spots nearby, including a cool park and local restaurants. The staff was really helpful whenever we needed anything. Definitely a good value for a fun group trip!

Just a suitable option for a passing visit in Mexico City with good price-quality ratio. I enjoyed the nearby 7-Eleven for snacks and drinks. Consider eating out instead of the hotel's breakfast.
